Love Your Book is a 6-week group coaching journey for writers, designed to help you bring your creative ideas out of your head and into the material world – without sacrificing your body, your heart, or your humanity.
About Love Your Book
Love Your Book is NOT a writing boot camp.
There are no fight-or-flight-inducing word counts, or external deadlines you’ll be shamed for missing if (when!) life gets in the way of your book.
This is a guided journey into the heart of your creativity that will transform how you relate to your writing, at a strategic, practical, AND soul level.
The What
Love Your Book will support you to:
✨ Build desire, energy, and momentum for your book over 6 weeks and beyond
✨ Get clear on your writing goals AND practice choosing how you want to feel while you create – because you don’t need to wait until your book is finished to feel proud of yourself
✨ Design and implement a sustainable, nourishing writing routine, with time to iterate and refine as you go (with coaching from Lara if you need it!)
✨ Foster deep self-trust in your creative process while making a giant leap forward in your book
The How
✨ Compassionate Habit-Building: You’ll build new habits in the areas of writing, self-friendship, and positive regard that will keep you turning TOWARDS your writing project again and again, instead of moving away from it.
✨ Powerful Decision Making: You’ll discover what makes you really tick and The Why behind your why, so you can make powerful choices that move you closer to birthing your book instead of staying stuck in circles of indecision.
✨ Clarity and Momentum: You’ll gain new clarity about yourself and your writing process, and be empowered week after week to take the next smallest step towards reaching your writing goals – all within the exact amount of time you have available
in your calendar.
✨ Nervous-System Nourishment: You’ll expand your
body’s capacity to hold the inevitable discomfort of creation, learn to transform uncertainty into possibility, and be empowered to skilfully shift your nervous-system state so you can create how you
want to feel in your writing process (so: more self-trust and inner safety, less anxiety and self-doubt).
✨ Community and Grounded Support: You’ll feel seen, held, and connected throughout the journey through weekly coaching calls, creative co-working and writing parties, and a community Facebook group with fellow writers.
The Who
Love Your Book is for you if:
You’re mid-project or -manuscript and want to feel less blahhhhh and more ahhhhhh <3
You’re already a highly skilled writer – e.g. an editor,
journalist, copywriter, or academic – and you want to explore writing more freely, truthfully, and creativelyYou have a book idea but feel overwhelmed about where to start and / or how to keep going
You’ve been on a writing hiatus and want to re-commit to your creative calling with love and intentional action
You’re willing to get out of research mode and
into “learn as you create” mode along with a community of fellow writers
Love Your Book is probably NOT for you if:
You’re in a period of intentional rest and your body is asking you to make like an ice cube and chill
You’ve been sitting on a book idea but you aren’t willing to take courageous, generative action towards turning your it into a reality
You’re looking for teaching or guidance on specific aspects of writing craft or technique
You’re working with a therapist or a medical professional who advises you against taking this programme
You don’t want a group experience and are
looking for 1:1 coaching support only**If this is you, apply for private coaching or you have the option to add on two private 50-min sessions with Lara in addition to your group sessions; limited spots available on request.

Regular opportunities to be coached, both during live calls and between meetings in a private community
Community co-working sessions and writing parties to support you to show up for your project while having fun (!)
Private Facebook group to share wins, receive coaching from Lara, and connect with a community of fellow book writers
Call recordings and transcriptions for you to access up to 3 months after the programme ends
